For the cargo export to BLP and re-import to domestic area, the exporters can do export process including manufacture book write-off, foreign currency payment, VAT refund. The importer can import the cargo directly from BLP, no need to transfer to HK.
BLP changed the operation model of getting VAT refund after cargo leaving Chinese territory. VAT refund is achieved as soon as cargo entered BLP. Through this model, the time of purchasing and VAT refund is shortened, the funds flow rate is fastened, cost is well controlled.
