Cargo from overseas and domestic areas are collected in BLP and distributed to overseas or domestic areas through one or several parts according to customer order. Storage, packing, sorting, labeling, transportation, simple manufacturing services etc. are offered to all the cargo from and to every corner of the world.
Cargo in and out of BLP from and to overseas is free from import and export certification, quantity limitation, import and export duty and tax, which is the important policy to establish global sales network at BLP. At the same time, the seller and buyer can settle the payment through EL. For some special cargo, only one customs declaration is requested for all cargo out of BLP in a period.
